In a statement, Brady Sullivan President Arthur Sullivan said “On behalf of our entire team at Brady Sullivan, we are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our newest project – Lofts 34 in Nashua. Lofts 34 represents the 22nd historic mill that Brady Sullivan has renovated and re-purposed in New England, not only supporting good jobs, but creating new homes for individuals, families and businesses alike. We are excited about this important project, and our diligent work undertaken during the process to retain the historic integrity of the building.”

More about Lofts 34: The Lofts 34 mill building was originally constructed in 1889, and once owned and operated by the Nashua Gummed & Coated Paper Company. The mill was a major area employer and helped to establish Nashua as a prominent player in the New England textile industry. In 2015, Brady Sullivan purchased the building after it had been abandoned for a decade, and began renovating its 310,000 square feet. The renovation project employed hundreds of local carpenters, painters, dry-wallers, plumbers and electricians. During the renovation, over 35,000 sheets of sheet-rock were hung, 600 new windows were installed and over 100,000 square feet of new flooring installed. When opened, the newly renovated ‘Lofts 34’ will have been transformed into 200 new loft-style apartments in the heart of Nashua’s historic Millyard. Learn more at
