The YMCA of Greater Nashua – Merrimack Branch, will hold a five (5) Unit Financial Fitness Course on every Tuesday beginning October 2, 2018 for adults and teenagers ages 16 or older from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. The courses, which will be held at the YMCA of Greater Nashua, will cover budgeting, savings and investing basics, cost of college and alternatives, managing credit and debt, and entrepreneurship as a career option. The Entrepreneurship Unit will feature John Motta, a local Dunkin Donuts franchise owner, who will discuss the pros and cons of entrepreneurship and franchise businesses.
Free food will be provided, and prizes awarded at the end of each weekly unit, culminating in the Grand Prize of an iPad, donated by Charles Schwab of Nashua to be raffled off to an attendee who attends all five units and completes course requirements.
