Leadership Greater Nashua

Program Description

Leadership Greater Nashua selects emerging leaders from every aspect of the Greater Nashua community, and puts them through a rigorous, 9-month program that accomplishes two primary objectives:

 - Introduce the participants to the various elements of the Nashua communinty that make it such a great place in which to live, work and raise a family.

 - Hone the professional and leadership skills of each participant, returning them to their workplace better equipped to serve their company or organization, both internally and externally.

The nine-month program starts with a two-day retreat in Septembers, continues with one full-day session each of the following eight months, and concludes with a special graduation ceremony in June of the following year.

Leadership Greater Nashua educates its participants on the historical development of the region, it's political and economic underpinnings, and the elements of the social and business communities that make Greater nashua what it is today.

Our Goals

- Enhance personal and professional leadership skills

- Create a better understanding of the major dynamics that bring a community together

- Give our participants a working knowledge of the community's stakeholders

- Increase the volunteer base in the community
