Staff
The Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce has a staff of 5
full time employees who manage the vision and direction of
the membership and Board of Directors.

J. Christopher Williams
President and CEO |
Chris Williams, 31, oversees the strategic vision and tactical
operations for the Chamber’s 700 business members, and serves
as their spokesman on both the local and state levels. A native
Texan, Chris has lived in New Hampshire for seven years and
has been heavily involved in the political and business communities.
Chris served three legislative sessions in the NH State Senate
President’s Office, and ran his own political consulting business
for two years before joining the Greater Manchester Chamber
of Commerce as its Vice President of Economic Development
& Advocacy in 2004. Chris is a founding director of the Manchester
Young Professionals Network and served as its first Chairman.
Chris sits on several community boards and was named one of
New Hampshire’s “40 Under Forty” by the New Hampshire Union
Leader in 2006.

Julie Foulks
Director of Operations |
Julie Foulks started at the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce
in October of 2003. As Operations Director, Julie is responsible
for the day to day bookkeeping, website updates, weekly email
calendar as well as other operational duties.
Julie also works on coordinating the Chamber’s publication
projects such as the Map, Membership Directory, Gateways Relocation
Magazine, Pathways Visitor’s Guide, and the Chamber’s
quarterly Newsletter.
Julie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications
from the University of New Hampshire Manchester. She enjoys
spending time with family and friends in her spare time.

Tracy Hatch
Director of Membership and Sales |
As the Chamber's Membership and Sales Director, Tracy S.
Hatch is the newest member of the Chamber staff. A graduate
of Brown University, Tracy brings a diverse background in
the non-profit, for-profit and government sectors to the Chamber.
After serving as legislative liaison for three governors,
Tracy spent two years on Capitol Hill before returning to
New Hampshire. She worked for several area non-profits as
Director of Development before transitioning into the high
tech world, where she designed fundraising software. Tracy
served on Nashua's Board of Aldermen, as Chairman of the New
Hampshire State Board of Education, and on the Boards of the
Adult Learning Center, Nashua's Destination Downtown, Bishop
Guertin High School and most recently as President of the
New Hampshire Flames AAU Girls Basketball League.
As Membership and Sales Director, Tracy works with prospective
new members as well as existing members to grow the Chamber's
membership. Tracy also handles advertising sales for the Chamber's
various publications.

Mary-Ellen Marcouillier
Customer Service Representative |
Mary-Ellen Marcouillier, a New Hampshire native, joined the
Chamber staff part-time in January of 1995 as Receptionist.
In July of 1995, Mary-Ellen became a full-time staff member
and added relocation to her duties. In her ten years with
the Chamber, Mary-Ellen’s duties and roles have evolved
with the growing needs of the Chamber. Presently, in addition
to her duties at the front desk and as relocation assistant,
Mary-Ellen provides support to the Chamber staff, facilitates
the Chamber networking sessions, maintains the Chamber data
base, and handles certificates of origins. Her civic involvement
includes serving as a big sister for the Big Brother/Big Sister
Program, administrative volunteer for her local parish as
well as, 9th and 5th grade catechism. She also serves as a
Eucharistic Minister.

Leslie Schuler
Director of Programming |
Leslie A. Schuler has joined the Greater Nashua Chamber of
Commerce as the new Programming Director. In May of 2006,
Leslie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business from
Saint Anselm's College in Manchester, NH. During her time
as Saint A's, Leslie took on leadership roles such as Vice
President of Student Government, Chair of Public Relations,
and Chair of Residence Life. She has also been involved in
many volunteer programs working with children and young adults.
Most recently she interned at the Greater Manchester Chamber
of Commerce working closely with the Vice President of Corporate
Events and Leadership Development.
As the new Programming Director, Leslie will be responsible
for planning and implementing the Chamber's programming schedule
from our Business After Hours, Brown Bag Lunches, and Power
Networking events to our Annual Dinner, Eminence Awards and
Annual Small Business Expo. Leslie will be the staff liaison
to the Chamber's Programming Committee which is made up of
volunteers that help in the planning and execution of the
events and are responsible for making sure that the Chamber's
programs are "on target" with the members' interests.
